One of the ways we bring this belief to life is through a simple but powerful tradition: sending personalised congratulations letters at 3, 6 and 12 months in employment.

These letters are more than milestones, they recognise commitment, resilience, and the courage it takes to rebuild a future. On a human level they mean a great deal to those receiving them, many of whom are overcoming significant barriers and they also demonstrate something vital: our model works because it is built on sustainability.

November Milestones to Celebrate:

November was an outstanding month for Tempus Novo:

35 congratulations letters sent, celebrating people staying the course in work.

• 17 ex-offenders at 3 months

• 14 at 6 months

• 4 at 12 months

Each letter represents a person who has not only secured employment but sustained it, a powerful indicator of long-term change.

As if that wasn’t enough, November also marked our highest ever number of job starts in a single month with 40 people placed into work.

Why It Matters:

Staying in work is one of the strongest predictors of lasting change. By recognising progress at 3, 6 and 12 months we reinforce belief, build confidence, and remind people that their efforts are seen and valued.
