Employment is the key to breaking the cycle of crime, and our model has a 95% success rate.

Founded in 2014 by two serving Senior Prison Officers at HMP Leeds, Tempus Novo works with offenders who are committed to transforming their lives. Tempus Novo partners with industry-leading corporates to fill their vacancies with hardworking and dedicated employees looking to break the cycle of crime. Following employment, service users continue to receive hands-on mentorship and support is offered to both employee and employer for a minimum of 12 months.

“Tempus Novo Gave Me Hope and Opportunity” – Adam Virr –

“After being released from HMP Hatfield on 21st April 2026, I found myself in a very difficult position and at times felt completely lost due to challenges I was facing with probation. Despite this I continued to seek employment through Tempus Novo and once again they stood by me and supported me every step of the way. On Friday 8th May I attended an interview with Quest Solutions in Bradford and was successful in securing the role. Within just two weeks of my release Tempus Novo helped me rebuild my confidence and get back into employment. I had previously worked with Fiona Manning in September 2024, who successfully helped me gain employment with GXO in Bradford. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond my control I was recalled to prison unexpectedly for 19 months. Even after all of that Tempus Novo never gave up on me.
