“Jobs For Life”
Held at the stunning Rudding Park, Tempus Novo’s 12th Anniversary Charity Evening was a powerful celebration of partnership, purpose and second chances. Perfectly organised by the Tempus Novo team, the evening brought together employers, prison leaders, supporters, ambassadors and people whose lives have been transformed through sustainable employment.
1. Sir Iain Duncan Smith — Championing Social Change
A respected national figure, Sir Iain Duncan Smith attended in support of Tempus Novo’s mission to reduce reoffending through work, structure and opportunity. His presence reflected the importance of employment-led rehabilitation and the wider social impact of giving people a genuine second chance.
4. Steve and Val — The Founders Behind the Vision
Founded in 2014 by two serving senior prison officers at HMP Leeds, Tempus Novo was created to help people leaving prison move into sustainable employment. Steve and Val’s vision has grown into a world-leading model built on trust, support and “Jobs for Life.”
2. Tony Mannix — GXO and the Power of Employer Partnership
Tony Mannix, former Chief Executive Officer at Clipper, now Strategic Advisor at GXO has been a major supporter of Tempus Novo’s work.
