A moment to celebrate the remarkable journey of Tempus Novo and the people who have made it possible. At the historic St George’s House, Windsor Castle, guests came together to recognise the power of second chances, the importance of meaningful employment and the partnerships that help transform lives. A fitting toast to the achievements of the past and the opportunities still to come.

Behind every success story are people with the vision, determination and compassion to make a difference. The Windsor gathering was a special opportunity to recognise the dedication of Tempus Novo's founders, Valdemar Wawrosz and Steve Freer, whose belief in rehabilitation through employment has helped countless individuals rebuild their lives. Twelve years of commitment, one powerful vision and a future full of possibilities.

An unforgettable occasion filled with inspiring conversations, shared experiences and a genuine belief in the power of change. Guests from different backgrounds came together at St George’s House, united by one simple message: employment changes lives. Beyond the speeches and celebrations, the day reinforced something even more important when businesses, communities and charities work together, second chances become lasting success stories.
