We are delighted to share an inspiring VIDEO update on Oliviera and to extend a huge and heartfelt thank you to Rudding Park Hotel and Spa for the extraordinary support they have shown him since welcoming him into their team.

Oliviera first connected with Tempusnovo in 2022, meeting Emily during his assessment at the DWP. From the outset he was clear in his determination to rebuild his life through employment. Polite, well-spoken, and remarkably resilient speaking five languages Oliviera made a lasting impression. He expressed deep remorse for his past offence describing it as entirely out of character and something he feels profound shame and embarrassment about. What stood out most was his genuine desire to move forward positively and contribute meaningfully to society.

Following an introduction facilitated by Tempusnovo Oliviera was offered an interview at Rudding Park Hotel an opportunity that would prove transformational. From the moment he stepped into the kitchen as a Kitchen Porter in February he has flourished.

Rudding Park has truly taken Oliviera under its wing. The hotel has created an environment where he feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. Under their guidance his natural talents within the hospitality sector have come to the forefront. Working in the kitchen he has shown enthusiasm, commitment, and an instinctive ability to be part of a fast paced professional team. His manager consistently reports outstanding feedback, highlighting his sociable nature strong work ethic, and how quickly he has become an integral and respected member of the brigade.

What is particularly special is how Rudding Park has brought out the very best in Oliviera, not just as an employee, but as an individual. The structure, encouragement, and belief shown in him have allowed his confidence to grow, enabling him to showcase his natural aptitude for hospitality and teamwork.

We would like to give special recognition to Emily, whose dedication and belief in Oliviera were instrumental in securing this opportunity. Her persistence in identifying Rudding Park as the right environment for him has been pivotal to his success.
