A warm Welcome to Rebecca Cousins as New Ambassador

 

We are thrilled to announce that Rebecca, a distinguished leader in global communications and strategic outreach, has joined Tempusnovo as an Ambassador.

With over 20 years of international experience spanning the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, Rebecca brings a wealth of expertise in marketing and communications. She currently serves as Chief of Outreach and Global Communications at the Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO), an intergovernmental body based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, that champions digital inclusivity and cooperation across nations.

Prior to her role at DCO, Rebecca was the Senior Director of Corporate Communications at Red Sea Global, one of the flagship Giga Projects under Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. There, she was instrumental in building the company’s communications strategy from the ground up helping to shape its public narrative and strengthen stakeholder engagement across a range of global platforms.

Rebecca is renowned for her ability to develop and execute communication strategies that resonate across cultures and industries. Her innovative outreach campaigns have consistently amplified the voices of the organizations she represents, fostering greater understanding and international collaboration.

Her work is also deeply rooted in promoting sustainability and community empowerment. A passionate advocate for the responsible use of technology, she brings a future-focused perspective to her ambassadorial role at Tempusnovo supporting our mission to transform lives and offer second chances.

Beyond her executive roles Rebecca is a published academic writer, a regular moderator at international events, and was the editor of Assouline’s acclaimed coffee table book, The Red Sea. She frequently leads conversations on key global issues including the digital economy, regenerative development, and the evolving role of communication in a rapidly changing world.

Rebecca holds a BA (Hons) in Ancient History from Manchester University in the UK.
