Royal Ascot Boost for Tempusnovo

Charity Chosen by Queen’s Legacy Fund

Tempusnovo has been selected as one of just seven UK charities to receive a prestigious donation from the proceeds of the Britannia Stakes at Royal Ascot which is an honour rooted in a tradition established by the late Queen Elizabeth II.

The Britannia Stakes, one of the most anticipated events in the Royal Ascot calendar, donates its proceeds each year to a select group of charities chosen for their outstanding impact. This year's recipients were handpicked to reflect the late Queen’s commitment to supporting high performing organisations across the UK.

Clearly our unbeatable success of reintegrating ex-offenders into society through employment and mentoring, was recognised for its transformative work in reducing reoffending and giving people a second chance. The charity's inclusion marks a significant endorsement of its mission and achievements.

CEO and co-founder Steve Freer expressed gratitude for the recognition: “To be selected as one of only seven charities nationwide is a huge honour, this support allows us to continue changing lives and building safer communities.”

The donation comes as part of the Queen’s enduring legacy of charitable giving, cementing Royal Ascot not just as a sporting spectacle, but a powerful platform for social impact.
