UK Warehousing Association (UKWA) Awards

Tempus Novo was proud to be shortlisted at this year’s UK Warehousing Association Awards, recognising the organisation alongside some of the UK’s leading businesses and industry partners.

Although Tempus Novo did not take home the trophy, being named as a finalist was a significant achievement and a reflection of the dedication, professionalism and compassion shown by the entire team.

Every conversation with a graduate, every employer relationship developed and every challenge overcome has contributed to Tempus Novo’s growing national reputation. The recognition belongs to everyone across the organisation who works tirelessly to support people into sustainable employment and help transform lives.

The team also enjoyed a well-deserved day in London at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, where colleagues had the opportunity to celebrate their achievements and represent Tempus Novo on a national stage.

Chief Executive Officer Steve Freer and Managing Director Val Wawrosz would like to thank every member of the team for their passion, kindness and commitment.

They said the organisation’s greatest achievements could never be measured by trophies alone. Through the team’s work, families are being reunited, employers are discovering outstanding talent, communities are becoming safer and more people are being given the opportunity to contribute positively to society.

Being shortlisted marks another important milestone for Tempus Novo, with further opportunities ahead to showcase its work, influence policy and demonstrate the powerful role employment can play in rehabilitation.
