The Board brings together senior leaders with deep experience in logistics, governance, and strategic transformation, strengthening Tempus Novo’s ability to scale its proven employment model and deliver long-term social and economic value.

Tony Mannix

Former CEO, Clipper Logistics plc | Retail Strategist, GXO Logistics

Tony Mannix brings extensive commercial and operational leadership experience to the Strategic Advisory Board. As former Chief Executive Officer of Clipper Logistics plc, Tony led the business through a period of significant growth and innovation, establishing Clipper as a leading retail logistics specialist.

Following Clipper’s acquisition by GXO Logistics, Tony remained with the business as Retail Strategist, supporting GXO’s global retail logistics strategy and transition.

Tony’s deep understanding of large-scale operations, supply chains, and business growth will be invaluable as Tempus Novo continues to partner with employers and expand its employment programmes nationwide.

Governor Mick Mills OBE

Governor Mick Mills OBE joins the Board with a distinguished career in the criminal justice system. Known for his leadership, integrity, and commitment to reform, Mick brings first-hand insight into rehabilitation, offender management, and the practical challenges faced within custody and probation environments.

His experience ensures that Tempus Novo’s strategic direction remains firmly grounded in operational reality, public safety, and meaningful rehabilitation outcomes.

Craig Whittaker

Former MP for Calder Valley

Tempusnovo proudly welcomes former Calder Valley MP Craig Whittaker as its newest ambassador.

With a distinguished career in British politics spanning over a decade, Craig Whittaker brings a wealth of experience, public service commitment, and a deep understanding of community needs. Having represented Calder Valley from 2010 until 2024, Craig Whittaker served in several high-profile government roles, including Government Deputy Chief Whip and Treasurer of the Household in 2022, and twice as a Lord Commissioner of the Treasury.

Rebecca Cousins

Marketing and Communications Stratagist

Rebecca is a senior marketing and communications strategist with over 20 years of international experience across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. She is Chief of Outreach and Global Communications at the Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO), an intergovernmental body based in Riyadh focused on advancing global digital inclusion.

Previously, Rebecca held senior leadership roles on high-profile initiatives, including Senior Director of Corporate Communications at Red Sea Global, a flagship Saudi Vision 2030 Giga Project, where she built and led the organisation’s communications function and shaped its global profile.

Her expertise lies in developing communication strategies that connect diverse audiences, drive collaboration, and deliver global impact, with a strong interest in technology, sustainability, and regenerative development. A published academic writer and experienced moderator, she regularly speaks at international forums and is editor of the Assouline publication The Red Sea.

Jo Hodge

Jo Hodge is an Executive HR leader and now a member of the Tempus Novo Strategic Advisory Board, bringing a strong track record in developing high-performing organisations and teams. With experience spanning multiple sectors geographies and organisational sizes Jo offers a broad and practical perspective on people strategy and organisational effectiveness.

Jo is passionate about the link between culture, engagement, and performance, and is known for helping organisations build environments where people and businesses can thrive. Her expertise includes coaching, culture change, employee engagement, leadership, and leadership development, making her a valuable strategic advisor as Tempus Novo`s impact continues to grow.
